First Tests Since Starting Your Program

Hi Lloyd,

Just a quick update...

Off to Australia for a couple of months so my program will wind down for a little while...

Meanwhile, just did my first tests since starting your program...

Blood Test 6 Oct 2010

Gamma G T  16  (down from 17 in May 2010)
Alt   72 (down from 99  in May 2010)
Ast   45  (down from 53 in May 2010)

I feel tonnes better and headaches mostly handled by new reading glasses after eyes tested...
