Hey Lloyd...
Thought I'd pass along my experience so you can offer to others who might be desperate enough to try it.
I've remedied fatigue, joint pain, stubborn depression -- after 2 years of trying assorted supplements and meds -- by simply switching to a primarily green vegetable diet, with some fruit, and very, very, very little animal protein (I'd recommend leaving this along entirely until symptom free for a while). I consume only organic produce and grow my own sprouts (so easy I could kick myself for not doing it sooner).
Because I don't digest too well -- extensive dental surgeries/extractions and at 57, a consequence of aging -- I've opted for a 2 horsepower blender that literally liquifies vegetables (beats the hell out of juicing, since you get all the phytonutrients in the skins, seeds and stems). I use a Vitamix, but there's an even more powerful blender (3 horsepower) called a Blendtech -- google these terms, I DO NOT sell them nor personally know anyone who does. About 400 bucks each, but now I literally drink at least 2 meals a day, which amounts to slurping down immense salads in liquid form.
Result? No depression, or joint pains, or any other symptom. It's all about bringing one's pH more in balance, more alkaline versus acidic.
my 2 cents...
