Thank you so much for your e-mail. I appreciate your personal attention to my e-mail very much and your request for my husband's lab work. We don't have it back yet, but I will have it faxed to you as soon as it is available.

We did get one of the tests back which show that his enzymes have dropped dramatically. His AST went from 555 to 97 and his ALT went from 333 to 138. I would have faxed you what we have, but I would rather get it all to you at one time. Hopefully we will have it by next week.

We are both very interested in your take on the results. We have both taken your comments about repeating the interferon treatment to heart, and we are definitely not going to go that route again! I think we both knew he could not physically tolerate that again.

Your book arrived today and my husband is reading it now. Thank you
again for your compassion and concern. We will get those blood tests to you ASAP.
