You can post if you think it will be useful. Awhile back I was laid off and had to stop the program due to lack of funds. Right about the time I got a new job, my urine had turned very dark; I lost 13 pounds and was fatigued.

I scraped enough together to buy some Milk Thistle extract pills. After just 2 days of taking the Milk Thistle my urine cleared, my appetite returned and I felt better. So for everyone out there, if all you can afford is Milk Thistle, TAKE IT!!!

Anyway, I am back on the pprogram and have added Natcell Thymus.
