My dr's nurse called me today to tell me my MRI results are fine
-- no mass & no cirrhosis. Thank God!! (After scaring me to
death.)
You are right --- my dr should know that an elevated alpha-fetoprotein
test with hep C patients is normal. He is just a family dr. I do
not have a gastro dr. nor do I want one. They know one thing &
one thing only -- interferon. No thanks. My dr is a nice guy &
OK for general stuff. If I need anything else he can refer me. Anyway,
he is out of town this week & his nurse just called to tell
me good news but said he would review it & get back to me.
So with my RNA levels dropping from 7,000,000
to 3,000,000, I would say I am doing fine. Your
program seems to be the only treatment for hep C.
