Its been almost 2 yrs since my last blood test and I thought I would share the results with you since most of my regimen is from your hard work and experiences. I am little disappointed but the improvement is enogh to keep me trying. I have invested quite a few $$'s and effort to remain comitted to my regimen.

In Oct 2001 Viral load was 20 million "Copies"
with ALT and AST in the high 90"s or the low 100's.

April 2003 Viral load 5.5 million "IU",
AST 51, ALT 106.

April 05 Viral load 2.5 million "IU"
AST 63, ALT 40.

I am almost certain that the improvement would have been better If I remained as comitted to a liver healthy diet as I have been to taking the supplements. I take supplements at 6 different times each day and it is rare that I miss even one time. But I feel so much better its hard to resist some of my favorite unhealthy foods except for alcohol which I am approaching 4 yrs without any.

I am sorry for the rambling but this is a topic you just don't discuss with many people. I still have about a months worth of stuff left but I will call in an order soon.
